Shit skin (acne and weird red texture) weird looking lips and lower third narrow compared to the zygos. A bit fat too.
The rest of the face is good, grow hair clear skin and lose fat you have great profile.

It's most likely rosacea, which is easily treatable. Look it up but it's basic skin care with cleansing, some azelaic acid and so on.

Tret+azealic acid. If didn't work then accutane(side effects are bad). They make the skin smooth and glowing, they fix the acne and weird red patches.

Tret+azealic acid. If didn't work then accutane(side effects are bad). They make the skin smooth and glowing, they fix the acne and weird red patches.

I’m using tret and doxycycline hyclate rn but I’m try and get some azealic acid aswell to see if that helps

nose ,eyebrow density and width , lack of misc, hooding also looks a little uncanny and lip to nose width ratio could be better dew to ur bigass nose
