i have no idea of it but if you make a way to increase you masculinity, it will kinda help onto dimo and misc so that pushes harmony but i reccomend you to try to search about it since idk about it

Get a nutritional diet go to the gym train your neck. Stop cheek biting and actually lose face fat. If youre in the early stages of puberty your bones may develop more.
