FME or Bimax?

Hey yall,

I was wondering if in my case a palate expander like FME or bimax would be better.

If I were to do bimax I would do a segmental Lefort I with a ccw rotation. Tryna fix long midface.

I do have a narrow palate, ortho confirmed. I just want opinions on what would be the best aesthetic outcome.

Please explain why
