FME or orbital decompression

I have pretty narrow eyes and little protruding. Although many surgeons didn't advise me for orbital decompression (Vrcek, Parideans) some other did.
Because I have high narrow palate (see also video when speaking) FME would probably correct my bite while also increasing a little bit my IPD. Do you think I would benefit from FME for a more robust lower third and better teeth show?
Would this also improve my cheek projection and IPD? Thanks

FME would not help either of those btw.
OD usually narrows IPD further especially if done on the medial wall of the orbit. Your eyes aren't OD worthy at all either, I don't know which swindlers told you that jfl. Save that shit for the graves victims

Yes in some extend. It depends how aggressive the lateral wall decompression is executed. But 3mm is the max for a safe surgery).
I have IPD of 6.2mm . Even 2mm would be enough in my case.

It's not unrelated. FME widens the orbit a few mm so wider IPD. The same makes lateral orbital decompression with also putting the eyes more in the orbit. The benefit of FME it will also address my narrow lower third.
