My FWHR is 2.2, my Total FWHR is 1.22 and my midface ratio is 1.2

I checked and to have a 2 FWHR and 1 MFR I would need my upper lip to be lowered to my mouth line
I’m actually fucked man

Is there any way to lengthen midface without lengthening lower third
My lower third is already like ~36% or smth

It’s actually so brutal man

The middle third pill is brutal, you cannot change it at all with any surgery no matter what. Unless ur nose droops a lot down then I guess a rihno will help a little bit that’s in rare cases. It’s not that bad don’t hyper fixate. My fwhr is 1.87

The middle third pill is brutal, you cannot change it at all with any surgery no matter what. Unless ur nose droops a lot down then I guess a rihno will help a little bit that’s in rare cases. It’s not that bad don’t hyper fixate. My fwhr is 1.87
