Thing don't always work like that, to make money u need money first and foremost, if u don't have any then u must get a way of getting it (most probably slavery) most countries on earth pay pretty much nothing or steal everything from you in taxes so the places where u can make some money are literally less than 10, where I live someone can put a massive amount of effort to get a mechanical engineering degree that takes no less than 6 years to get or study medicine and spend no elss than 10 years in university and then they go on to slave for 300 usd a month 8 to 13 hours a day (some doctors slave like 16 hours a day and get paid 400 usd a month after 1 decade of hardcore study, meanwhile in the us they are making 700k as nothing while working a lot less).

hard to acquiere skils =/= high pay, there are math phd living on the streets and that's as hard as it gets when it comes to attaining skills, what you need is a skill people want or to sell stuff people want (e.g. drugs).
