What are you talking about? She made the arguably ideal change for a 41 YO mother: Tighter and more harmonious face and neck, while still looking like the same person. You don't want to look like a totally different person when your job in life is providing for young children who recognize you in part by your face. Not everyone is trying to look like some supermodel. Regardless of what she hoped for, she looks better and will age better now that she has a stronger jawline. Her nose looks fine.
