Foid Doctor Now Block Me From Otoplasty

When i was 17 sensitive young man i was deeply insecure about my ears getting so much bullied about them being BIG the worst was told to me and i wanted it to stop, i went to see a doctor that wasn't fixed cause in Canada health is mostly covered by the governement so the otoplasty would be covered cause i was under 18. I talked to this doctor wich was a woman about how my ears affected my daily life and made me so insecure to the point that i didn't even want to go outside, that everyone would insult me about it and i couldn't do really something for it, i told her my story bla bla she said if it was that bad that it affected my mental health, i told here it made me depressed ect bla bla she told me here and a expert to look it they told me that in my case no it wouldn't be covered why ? cause it's not that bad but fck yes it is that bad wydm. When you google it or look in the "RAMQ" site since i live in Quebec it is covered under 18 cause many kids have to do it to not be fck bullied and become insecure . So i couldn't do much about it if they told me nah so it's nah cause you have to pass by a doctor or psychologue to get it. I am now 18 not long ago met a surgeron for it talked about the story ect told him since i am 18 the surgery would cost between like 2,5k-3k "on his site" he laughed and basically told me nah in your case it's from 5k to 8k and pointed out to say why wouldn't you get it before 18 i said fck yes i tried with a horrible doctor who told me "FCK NO" "You gonna stay like a Monkey and die like a Monkey" he told me that she lied to me he know how the health system coverage work since big ears ect can affect young kids life from like 6-10 yrs old i am now cooked a foid tried to destroy my life to not let me ascend and mogg her to oblivion
