So I swiped nearly 400 profiles in a north American city and I only saw very few guys with visible abs. Even the guys who lifted were bloated 20% bodyfat gymcels who only showed their arms. I saw quite a few good looking white chads. Even as an ethnic I will admit that most ethnics looked so laughably bad that I cringed, P/S/L 3 and below. The good looking ethnics were competitive with white chadlites, but they were in a small minority.


Max 1-3 had this muscle development, and I'm not even exaggerating.
