You can buy cheap, most delicious hot dogs, infinite refills, 5$ whole Costco rotisserie chicken, tubs of Greek yogurt, sardines and tuna, etc. It goes on forever. The ONE thing you need is a Costco membership. Primal diet is NOT for when on roids. Wayy too fucking expensive and the risk of parasites is through the roof if your source isn’t good and in the city, realistically your source won’t be good. If you try to preach primal diet, don’t take roids because roids go against primal diet
