If anyone could give a balanced diet. Meats and fruits. And habits that may help increase bone cell production. Please be specific and without involving any sort of bs.

avoid processed foods , eat chicken , red meat , get ur carbs from rice and almonds, Pomegranate are very good source of protein as well , avoid apples because even though theyre made to be seen as very healthy in reality they barely have any good nutritional value and also eat bananas for potassium and fiber mainly. guava is also very good for vitamin c
