For people who are 5'10ft do you feel like majority of people are still a whole head taller than you?

I feel like a fucking midget ngl XD I live in like 3rd tallest country in the world or something. The average height is like 183cm here and im 178 lol. Sometimes I look at other dudes and be like "Damn this nigga short as hell" then I get closer and realize that we are the same height. But girls are usually shorter. But many of the girls are also like 5ft9, 5ft8 etc.
