For now wait till swelling goes down and you might need a longer chin/lower third - fillers or implants might be an option. I don't think the rhinoplasty improved anything. You need a taller chin/lower third, lose the bloat - might need buccal fat removal. What would've helped your case is if your nostrils/tip area was thinner instead of wide. Your lips could be more full and wider - could do lip widening

It will take time 6 months.

Well ur front profile is really chubby. The guy on the left is 25-30%. I think once the swelling has subsided you can expect really good results. Your side profile is significantly improved based on the before and after pics.

I'm on the fence, if the nose is too upturned and I require if it to be braught down then i might get a small wrap around to build out the lower third.

Or just wait for the swelling to go down and call it quits.

Bro i can't tell if you are trolling or not I had double jaw surgery which means I cannot eat anything effectively and known to lose drastic weight , how can you think im too fat.

You can even see me in the video on my thread what my body looks like I weight the same now as i do there thanks to my ongoing steroid cycle.

It's good you think that way I alot of people mistake swelling for fat. Especially bloated unhealthy fat. It explain alot about the reactions I get.

I never said he can't get women. In fact, he has already. And btw I don't support my government's policy towards India at all so I don't hate him just because he's Indian. But the main problems that are holding him from slaying prime stacies are his height (5'6" - he can fraud a lot but idk if that's practical) and his phenotype. These things are not exactly fixable. Tbh he could have gotten women before surgeries. They just would be around the same looks level as him if not betabuxxing.

While it's a bit surprising to see that the Bimax swelling still has not dissipated there is definitely no point in judging the rhino for at least a year. It takes a long time for that to settle correctly.

Needs vertical genio, the distance of your stomion to menton is too short. These are the effects of that

1. jowls, your lower cheeks lack soft tissue support because your mandible body although projected is too short vertically

2. projection looks good from side but isn’t seen from front. A vertical genio would do more for you from front than just bringing the same vertically short jaw forward

3. Your short chin makes your whole skull look short and neotenous and no neoteny doesn’t equal pretty boy.

4. you still don’t realize forward growth is a meme . Ryan Gosling , Hrithik Roshan, Christian Bale, Ryan Reynolds, none of them are forward grown but they look good due to having tall chins and maxillas creating dimorphism. The worst thing a man can have a is a baby face

the bimax has set up a nice base for a secondary vertical genio that will complete your transformation, after that we can both go to Turkey together for LL.

Looks like a massive underbite tier chin, I assume you're still swollen? I think you more so needed jaw width as opposed to a taller chin. I don't think it's big enough to be uncanny irl but you need width now to match it.

His chin does look short because he has a ton of body fat, or at least buccal fat. There's a massive difference in how one's chin looks with higher amounts of buccal fat. Just look at Chico's, Gandy's, and any other late bloomer model's chin when they were younger compared to now. Also, the lack of tissue support is mostly due to mandible width.
