Do you mean 5 days upper and lower compound movements, with the last day just arms?In my experience, 6 weekly sets per muscle group except for arms.
Arms should be a minimum of 12 weekly sets.
Ideal rep range for compound movements is 6-10 to not be limited by endurance.
Ideal rep range for isolation exercises is 8-12 reps. You can do more even up to 30 reps if your endurance doesn't suck.
Train every muscle group twice a week. Best workout split is 5 day upper lower, 5th day is an arm day where you only train arms.
Training neck is mandatory if you have a pencil neck. RDLs and Leg Press are all you need for big legs.
Bench Press alone won't give you big arms, don't listen to the powerlifters and strength copers.
