I haven't consumed a single calorie from vegetable oils, added sugar/HFCS, or Gluten. And I'm keeping my lactose lower too. Does anyone here understand a lot about food sensitivity? I got a C-reactive protein test 2 months ago and it was very high (3.4). What else could be causing this besides food? Roids? Life stress?

How's your PUFA intake? Cause many foods have unsaturated fat content despite the use of vegetable oils.

And how's your calcium intake?

Most of my fat is coming from avocado and olive oil and from cheese and yogurt and beef. Aside from that I'm mostly eating Quest protein bars/chips which contain no hydrogenated oils or sugar or gluten. I don't eat very many nuts but sometimes I snack on some pistachios like once a week, I know those have some PUFAs right?

Good calcium intake I eat a good amount of cheese and Greek/Lebanese yogurt and sometimes I drink unsweetened almond milk

I think that foods can impact your health. For me I have to eat a 90 percent vegan diet or else my nose closes up from allergic reaction.

I see. So a mild amount.

Any other sources of iron besides meat? Any enriched bread? High iron is inflammatory.

How's your carb to protein ratio? Average daily amount of sugar?

I see that you're avoiding sugar, really the safest anti-inflammatory foods/supplements are sugar, aspirin and thyroid hormones.

My bad I didn't mention fruits, I'm eating quite a bit of fruit every day. Just avoiding table sugar and high fructose corn syrup

Regarding the iron I don't think I'm eating a lot of it but taking testosterone and or other steroids might be increasing iron levels anyway

Testosterone is anti-inflammatory.

How many carbs are you consuming compared to protein? More than 400g?

Daily 250g~ of sucrose/fructose alone is pretty therapeutic.

As you said it is steroids and life stress. Do you have family history with cardiovascular disease?

Before I probably ate more carbs but since I've been cutting out gluten it's made it harder to eat carbs. So now more protein than carbs, or equal on some days.

Try increasing your carbs. Ripe fruit, easily digestible starches, fruit juices and milk are all good choices.

Always keep your carbs above your protein intake, it's inflammatory if protein is greater than carbs.

And are you taking any another anabolic compounds other than T?

I was taking anavar but I suspected that it was fake so I'm not going to take anymore until I get it tested

Yeah I suspect those two things are huge factors in my inflammation. My life is very stressful at the moment both financially socially academically and even doubts in my relationship lol. Add the roids on top of that

bro can i get ur divine protein shek

My life is very stressful
sucrose stops the stress response

to summarize: stop avoiding sugar, go for simple carbs, more carbs than protein, moderately eat fats and more calcium than phosphate

sucrose in the diet changes how the body responds to stress in the long term, your cells are likely deficient in glycogen and that's being exacerbated by stresses in your life since you aren't meeting energetic demands in the first place
