Had diarrhea a few times the first month, I think that's just the body getting used to it though cuz it stopped completely after a month
My digestion is rly good I shit once a day and very quickly, I don't fart at all, never feel heavy in my stomach
Brain fog is completely gone, my adhd definitely got better I can even read books/studies now (before I couldnt read for more than 10 seconds)
I eat shitty supermarket meat tho, so I prob don't get most benefits
