For those who have gotten surgery, how did you know what to get?

I have somewhat of a recessed chin, hyoid fat, my ramus and jawline aren't very prominent (but not sure since I do have a high bf)

How did you guys know what surgery to get? Are there guides to figuring it out? Do you go to a professional? etc.

I think my only issue is that my chin is a bit recessed, but not sure. I'm trying to figure it out but it's a bit too hard.

You can also consult surgeons and they can give you plans but it is pretty easy to know what needs to be done if you look into multiple surgeries

Do an analysis of your ratios (Side and Front Profile). Then from there look at surgeries that correct those ratios. Then ascend.

i already know how to measure the ratios, angles, etc. but idk what to exactly look at

i'd lowkey spend money and book a consultation call with an experienced plastic surgeon, or someone who REALLY knows this stuff because you don't wanna risk it. you can maybe ask ai for tips, thats what i did with gemini and it was honest, but its hard to figure out on your own. speak to someone who really knows what they are doing and specialises in this shit tho

BOTB threads are solid. Your biggest fails (Surgical priorities) will have the highest negative impact on your appearance. For example mine is my TFWHR so I need hairline lowering then id be getting closer to CL.

it's really only my jaw area, but i don't exactly know what's wrong with it
