For those who have had surgery, did it ruin your relationships at all?

After a conversation today I kinda realized I will unfortunately have to break up with my girlfriend at some point in the future if I wanna do everything that I want to do. Which is a shame because I really like her. It got me thinking. For those who have gotten surgery done, have there been any relationships you've had to break off? Be it from romantic relationships or maybe some with family members. Did you feel it was ultimately worth it to do so?

Yeah that's true. I will do it. But it would definitely be giga ropefuel if I went and got a bunch of surgeries, received 0 improvement and lost my relationship for nothing. For all I know I was just lucky up until now and I will be doomed to inceldom for the rest of my life

But maybe I'm being too pessimistic with myself

I mean chances are that if u do get a bunch of surgeries and theyre planned well and aren’t botches therell be significant enough improvement in the end. Enough that luck won’t be ur only deciding factor when it comes to dating, as unless ur insanely ugly rn and a whole monobloc only takes u to ltn then ull be good.
