Check it, I think it could be interesting, in the fact the result could be even better and faster as the case in the article shows.

I know it's not a cope, some ppl here think so, ppl here just idiotic procrastinators who do nothing irl for ascending, only typing some stupid shit here. Not everybody but a lot of.

Btw, how do you think is it possible to implement mse but just to use it like a base for the facepuller ? Don't really interested in widening upper jaw, only in forward growth and upswing

the foid did great in that study ngl 1.5mm in 4 months although there will probably diminishing returns so u can't expect 1.5mm every 4 months

people who say facepulling is cope are just trying to justify their laziness subconsciously because they are too lazy to put in the work that is required and label it as cope so they can cope themselves

Do I need MSE for upswing and forward growth? I would like to just use the facepuller

You don’t need mse for results but it will help give quicker results

Well, I don't know if it available for bones but I want to believe they would allow to increase weight (so and force as a result) too

Ideally go to a maxillofacial surgeon and have bollard miniplates installed

Boyo I am utterly recessed and 18 years old what do you recommend me to do? I mean what weight to pull and if I should get MSE ASAP? I don’t have much money atm but I am willing to do everything to looksmax

Anyway I need some anchor on my palate, I think device like mse is the best as it's implements inside the palate (not some shirt like CopeAndRope used to create) so the result would be the best with MSE, all I want to know if it's possible just to implement mse, not to make it work on widening, just left it in start position as an anchor for fp

there’s something called bone anchored maxillary protraction and that’s basically what you are talking about, it requires surgical implantation for the plates though

Yes mse is best in your case, but keep in mind if your lower arch isn’t already bigger you will need a way to expand that too

Is this the "Surgical Implantation" you are talking about ?
no not really, but look up bone anchored maxillary protraction.
So, what it exactly doing ? I'm interested in upswing and forward growth, there is not a lot info about BM, sorry

I considered seriously, I think it's the best way indeed, but the only problem - I don't want mse to expand my jaw, I'm only need it as an anchor, I would like to use anything like anchor for fp, anything that inserts in my bone, I think this is the best variant, I don't believe Nelson's do v.2 would do it as fast as using mse, but who knows

Best option for you is to just split the suture with mse and then use the facepuller for the rest of the 2 years

I'm only want to use mse as a fp's anchor, I honestly don't want to split the suture

You have to split the suture for the facemask to work effectively

Oh, I guess I understood what you are talking about, like split it not in right and left (widening) but back and forward yeah ?

it's not even that hard tbh if they can't do this i don't think they'll get what they call "no-cope" surgeries

Well, it's not hard at all. Sometimes I think some ppl just trying to spend all free time there, not to improve anything. There were so many discussions about LeFort 1-3, but I saw only one man who really did it there. A lot of ppl here just stupid degenerates and gays who visiting this website not to achieve any results but to make some fun in comments and discuss (fap on) some alien-like male models. Sad to know that educational resource where ppl could really do something for their own future indeed drawn in gangs of idiots and close gays.

Btw, personally I think that LeFort 1-3 is the worst thing that man without any real deformations could do, it's dangerous as fuck and requires like a year for recovery. Hope no one would do it irl just to looks more handsome.

Well, I'm 21 y.o., as I know (as I used to read) it's impossible to split the suture in either non surgical way or without mse. But today I discovered some things from this thread, so I guess I need some time for more deep analysis. Honestly, it's sad but there are no orthodontics who could make things from attached article in my country (Ukrainian)
