For weightloss is it better to eat very little?

Is it better to do a low calorie and finish it quick to get results or do the weightloss slower slow Which is gonna give slower results and will take longer?
 
Eating 500 calories takes a long ass time, i always eat around 1000 calories in deficit when cutting but my TDEE is also high.

eat less == slow metabolism == less weight lose high weight gain

Either
- do a small caloric deficit long-term or
- do fasting.
A big caloric deficit will make you feel like crap and slow down your metabolism
 
bro just look into fasting, dont eat shit, and do cardio..

Don’t listen to the people above, eat 5-6 meals a day No carbs EXCEPT right after your workout. Walk a mile every morning and lift to maintain muscle mass. I would recommend watching Rich Pianas “Shredded by the day” series on YouTube.
