I'm fucked up with a oval hairline (oval temples) and NW2 hairline

Apparently only women can get this because it leaves a huge permanent scar that will never heal up completely

Facial thirds are important though so make sure you don't make your forehead too much shorter than ur midface and lower 3rd.
Could be avoided slightly by lowering the eyebrows, though

In the second link the vast majority of the before and after pictures are women but there are some men. Tbh I just think men are generally less aware of looksmaxxing

The scarring issue is listed as a con under pros and cons (second link):

"Some patients have a visible scar along the new hairline. If there is a scar, it will usually be camouflaged as the new hair grows in. It can also be concealed with a hair transplant procedure."

I'm thinking about it, got an oval hairline too.. Was thinking I could just get a HT to square my hairline but maybe it'll require both procedures

The idiots over at hairrestorationnetwork told me oval hairline was natural in caucasians, that caucasians don't usually have a straight hairline. I call BS on this. Major BS.

Something I forgot to mention, scarring isn't really considered unattractive on men unless it's illness related (acne, chicken pox)

you dont need that procedure your 4head size is good you just need to preserve your hairline or get a hair transplant to make ur hairline better

I want to get this but I have read it can raise your eyebrows. I think a hairline transplant would be better.

HT would be better this is just an additional option for particularly subhuman upper thirds

Not an expert ngl - I'd consider getting a consultation with a HT specialist first and they'll tell you whether they can move your hairline forward to where you want it. If they can't, then I'd consider forehead reduction before getting a HT
