I am uncircumcised but i wasn't satisfied with my foreskin length. I used to be naturally at about point 6 of the coverage index. Something like this:
Within 1 month i was able to get to CI9 which is near complete coverage.
With optimal penile devolopment, you should be at point 9 or 10 naturally. It is the how the human body was evolutionarily designed, since it's the optimal legth for facilitating reproduction.
Why should you want it:
1. Full coverage of the glans ensures that natural sensitivity levels are sustained. Bruising and overall erosion of an ucovered glans results in creation of scar tissue, which leaves the glans numb by obstructing nerve ending. This reduces pleasure during sex.
2. A covered glans stays healthy looking. Circumcised men and men with insufficient coverage end up with damaged skin which makes the glans look dry and visually unappealing for women (equivalent to a dry roastie vagina).
3. Full coverage enables natural sex. Without the need to use endocrine disrupting chemicals or other foreign substances as lubrication. Artificial lubrication only came into existence with the advent of circumcision and genital maldevelopemet. Naturally, smooth intercourse is ensured by male and female natural genital lubrication (precum) and maily the foreskin, which acts as a sleeve to minimise friction between the penis and vaginal wall and converts it into friction between the foreskin and the underlying shaft tissue, which is designed to endure it without damage.
4. Unwanted casual overstimulation of the glans caused by low coverage can lead to a perpetual state of semi-erection which results in stretching out of the erectile tissue and therefore weaker erections.
How i did it:
1. Stretching. I simply lightly stretched the foreskin every day while flaccid to elongate it. I didn't stretch laterally.
2. Not wearing uderwear. I've been advocating this for some time now. Uderwear is likely a major factor in penile maldevelopment. Alongside other benefits, not wearing underwear allows the foreskin to stay in the natural position directed by gravitation and not be retracted or otherwise restricted by tight fabric. This speed up and complements the stretching process.
Show em jooz and grow your foreskin, bruh!
