Ever since I started fasting 16 hr a day I’ve been leaning out way easier. Cheat code to leanmaxxing. Working out fasted is way better too. First the physique then the face and surgeries @forevergymcelling

Is that fasting during waking hours?
mirin your 16 hours fast.

I can only handle a 16hr fast, by sleeping half of it.
5pm-10pm- Sleep 8 hours, and like 3 hours fast when I wakeup.

I do OMAD and Keto. I look like I work out even though I haven't touched a weight in 6 years. You look great keep it up bro

Yes stop eating 8 pm then eat at 12 or 2Pm work out before esting🥰
