bonesmashing doesnt work at all, its just cope and all thats gonna happen face swolling and if you continue doing it for days you might just get an asymetrical face

mostly genetics, mew and do not bonesmash its fucking cope and no chintucks wont gave you forward growth but help with hyoid

bone smashing doesnt work i wouldnt recommend it to anyone id say its mostly genetics but if you want thicker bones peptides might help you out but if ur 16 and under id wait till 17
