to people who started out fat how did you stick to your diet? i feel like i will have trouble sticking to a diet and a calorie deficit are there any tips to stop the hunger?
 
Black coffee and mints helped a bit for me

I have never been fat I think because I am just not troubled by being hungry, like rn hunger is there but I'll wait still and hour before eating

Once I started using nicotine pouches it became 90% easier, although I'm probably addicted now lol

i just stopped eating sugar,fast food and food from super market.i ate only homemade did cardio 10 circles around the football stadium everyday

Just do it lmao, Like deadass if you care enough about your looks and psl itll overwhelm everything else, anytime you think about eating just think about being a fat slob

personally i just slept a lot during the day to stop the hunger and just ate a fuckton of protein
 
Cut processed and fatty foods, cut carbs to around 100g/day and consume more protein. Also i ate only twice per day and did intermittent fasting, dieting isn't hard but being consistent is, just find some activities to do to distract yourself from hunger like playing video games or browsing this retarded forum JFL. Lost a lot of fat in just a month

Learn about the difference between hunger and cravings spam artificial sweeteners and high volume meals higher fat lower carb higher protein and you can try one big meal at end of the day then take some melatonin and sleep

Eat shirtless. (Sounds dumb but it works ull be more conscious of how u look n it'll give u motivation to eat less n blah blah blah)

I lost 100lbs mainly just eating one meal a day. Or eat lightly throughout the day and have a larger meal closer to bedtime so you don’t have to sleep hungry.

When you first start losing weight, eating less is really hard because you’re used to large amounts of food. But your stomach is adaptable and changes in size. So if you can tough it out for a little while, your stomach will shrink and get used to smaller portions and the hunger won’t be so bad.

Drink a lot of water and increase your activity level. Doesn’t have to be torturing yourself on a stairmaster, even just trying to get 10k steps everyday with normal walking is helpful for weight loss
