Hi guys.
I want to start taking forskolin. Im 17 (in 2 months 18) 164cm tall and i weigh 56kg. I have preexisting hormone issues and i will start my testosteron therapy tommorow. Now im planning to buy the Nutricost Coleus Forskkohlii and wanted to ask if my dossage is fine. I plan to take 2 pills a day for 12 weeks.
Do you guys have any feedback? Is my dossage correct or should i change something
