the chin is deffinetly the best place to start, it is better to smash instead of the Remus, have u tried to do the brow ridge yet?

No I haven’t tried the brow ridge I’ve thought about it but I don’t really understand how to

I have done and actually experienced some pretty good growth, I like to smash down on the upper side of the brow ridge, and then smash up onto the underside of the ridge

yeah pretty much, I feel like I have the most accuracy that way, and smashing with a hammer for example runs the risk of fracturing the bone, and also I don't want to go blind if I miss on accident
