Forward growth and better jaw

Dont mind the headset dent or anything else. My side profile is not good. I mew most of the day, only nose breathe, keep myself hydrated and avoid lots of sodium, I do lots of cycling and I do grappling so Im good in the cardio department. What else can I do to assure forward growth and bettering my jaw?

I thought it was about nasal breathing, mewing, posture, not being bloated (and to not be bloated i gotta avoid sodium and do cardio). Please correct me if im wrong and give some advice

All about genetics and bones, theres some cope out there, but most dont work

doing sprints and full effort bike work should spike my hgh which makes more bone right? not sure if its cope but ive seen it somewhere

helps but not that much, id say less than 10%
 
then should i just keep doing what im doing and pray? Im also wondering, what could i pin to improve bone mass
Srry for not replying, hgh is great if you still on puberty or if your growth plates are still open, if you really want to ascend you can add implants or do surgery
