In my opinion having good forward growth is one of the most important parts of your face and that’s why focusing on it can help improve everything. Also let me get this out of the way, regular supplements like calcium and d3 are cope and won’t make a drastic difference.
Here’s step 1
You need to get your bone age checked if your under 18, because if your comparing yourself to other 18yrs and your bone age is 16 1/2 your putting yourself at a disadvantage. When I got my bone age checked I saw that it’s 14 1/2 even though my actual age is 16. So it can also help predict how much pg(possible growth) you have left.
Step 2
Start hgh immediately after you get your blood tested, I found that my igf1 levels and gh levels were pretty low so I started hgh immediately, now I’ve been on hgh for about 2 1/2 years.
But I know what you may be thinking, how did I get good forward growth in 3 months, here’s what I made a change on in those 3months ( more like 2 months). Well I started mk677 4 weeks ago today, so I just ended my cycle. And that helped me gain a lot of weight through high protein food and high calorie foods. Now even with a bloat and bad fat distribution it doesn’t matter to much. I also feel like hitting the gym helped a lot. But the thing that made the greatest change was in my opinion STRAM because that’s what truly gave me good forward growth and helped push my maxilla and in return mandible forward. Now I also did bonesmashing for about 3 weeks, 2 weeks ago, and what I would say is if your over 21 great go for it, but if ur under that threshold then don’t do it because studies are starting to come at that, yes you can build scar tissue and yes it worked for me, but it can also slow down or even stop growth in some areas which is why I stopped. Now I know some people might disagree but that’s fine this is just my opinion and experience.
Also it’s probably easier for a beginner to see progress off there nasal bridge in my opinion because ethnic noses are the worst thing ever.
