Forward head posture

How do I fix, and what is the aesthetic change caused by normal head posture? I lift, have a thick neck etc., but work at a desk and noticed lately my neck posture is garbage

Been thinking the same thing and at this point I'm about to just go to a chiropractor just to see how to accurately fix my posture. Proper posture mogs unfathomably.
