I’ve already had orthodontic treatment, but they only straightened my teeth because they were extremely crooked. Now I’ve noticed that my lower jaw sits further back. I went to the two best orthodontists in my area, and both said there’s nothing that can be done. They told me I have narrow tongue space and a slight overjet (around 4 mm). My proportions are good and my maxilla is fine, but my mandible is slightly recessed, and it really affects my side profile. They said that my jaw is growing downward

They said there’s nothing that can be done orthodontically.

Is there any natural way to bring my lower jaw forward without going through a hard max surgery?

for upper jaw recession sometimes they will give you a facemask to wear at night maybe you could ask your ortho about something like that but idk if they do it for the mandible and even then its only gonna be a few mm just get a bsso
