Four yrs ago pandemic was launched and lock down initiated

and that’s where the beginning of the end started

Going in lockdown made things worse for my life so much, but at the time I was the happiest I had been in a while

I just sat at home watching my favorite streamer all day eating as much as I wanted and sleeping whenever (this is when my sleep schedule really started to get fucked up)
By the end of the year I went from 140-180. Brutal

The next year I hit 200 for the first time, and that’s when I started my weight loss journey for real, it so had thought
Because all this time I haven’t lost any weight

And now here I am four years later still get asf holy shit it’s bad man

And what’s crazy is no one said anything to me back then like I thought people didn’t notice
But now thinking back on it I do think they Definitely did notice but just didn’t want to say anything to me jfl

My food habits are fucked bruh I can’t even starve maxx anymore without giving in brutal
