I do calisthenics and I started doing the pullovers excercise very recently, now i’m just wondering if there are any other ways / exercises i can do to maximise my frame

No exercises will widen your bidelt only thing that could work is sirgery or pharma
pullovers expand your ribcage over time which i know it helps the frame but there has to be something for clavicles

Just train lats and shoulders

Idk anything about gymmaxing take accutane and dye ur eyebrows

The only thing that could work are test, hgh and clavicle lengthening surgery
I have slight epilepsy so I dont know how smart it is to take any roids even though im really tempted to

its localized igf1 injection, it only couses muscle and bone growth exactly where you injected it and its 10x stronger than igf1 lr3 but if you dont inject it precisely you will end up with really bad asymmetry

It took me from june to september to build sum like this mainly just from pull ups
i was wondering if you ate properly and went trained consistently to achieve these results, since i was doing calisthenics on and off for abt 2-3 years and couldnt achieve your physique, maybe because i was growing (around 179cm 80kg back then) and eating whatever my mom made me until i was full? was doing 4 sets of pull ups, 4 sets of chin ups, 4 sets of hammer pull ups, all of those till failure and then using elastic bands, 4x12 australian pull ups then sometimes push ups, i was doing this routine for like 4-5 times a week after a year of training since for 3-4 months i couldnt do a single pull up
