For refernce I managed to get my shoulders-waist ratio from 1.3 to 1.55.First,swim a few times a week,it helps the most.Also lose weight so your waist is smaller.Train your lats and shoulders for that V look.All that should be enough for attractive frame.Idk how much can it work if you have narrow clavicles but deffinetly works wor normal one.

I’m black I can’t swim unironically

Hello,why swimming trough?Cuz it puts pressure on the bone? Also can i recreate the same stress using arm circles with intensity or weigths while keeping my body in place

no idea why,but it does.i mean look at swimmers and waterpolo players build.and i dont think u can recreate same thing with weight
