For refernce I managed to get my shoulders-waist ratio from 1.3 to 1.55.First,swim a few times a week,it helps the most.Also lose weight so your waist is smaller.Train your lats and shoulders for that V look.All that should be enough for attractive frame.Idk how much can it work if you have narrow clavicles but deffinetly works wor normal one.
