what are the best exercises for frame i only have 1 dumbell 1 bar and few pullup bars

Get over that if you want a good physique, I’d say stick with home but your limited, no one cares when you train at the gym btw people are doing their own stuff

Frame isn’t even bad to be honest bro you’ve got good base. If you really build up last and shoulder it will help a ton you might me slightly imbalanced in shoulder muscle but that’s pretty common and normal. If you do train train the less one with more intensity first until it catches up. Sometimes posture can also be the problem.

well i feel like the one of the left is longer or whatever. will fixing my posture fix it because i dont even train my frame that often so idk if its overtrained
