Has anyone here significantly widen his frame by 5cm+ yet? i'm at 46cm clavicula width and i really wanna push it to 50cm+
Lateral delt is the muscle who is responsible for this but what do you guys think? What are your exercises for it?
I'm doing 4 sets of cable Lateral Raises 3x a week and haven't seen any beneficial results yet after 4 months. ofc, it takes time but i feel like my lateral delt is just not as round and well-defined as my other muscle groups. any tips? (No roid recommendations pls, i'm planning it already
