Most of my lip assessment and facial convexity measurement are ideal , but my frankfort plain is very resecced is this a big deal? How important is the frankfort plain and is the roi of a bimax just for this worth it ?

yeah ill probably get jaw angle implants + the chin since my gonial is at 131 degrees
