I saw a nigga fraud 12 cm before and a nigga fraud 10 cm too, how do fuck do you do that? i struggle from doing from 181 to 186 - 187, how the fuck do you even do 12 without looking like a complete retard, i need to be 190 atleast once or i will shoot myself, thanks.

just wear a nike air max 720 and height boosters or wear huge boots or military boots also incorporate high heels for maximum efficiency

10 cm is just heels atp. Imo you can get away with 5cm total. I do that to go from 190 to 195
