Can chin mass always give the illusion of a forward grown


This is a good example but I want to know if chin mass will always give the illusion of a forward grown chin

Yes it can provided it surpasses the normal of the glabella in comparison to frankfurt's plane, but you still need a sloped maxilla in order to give out said effect (no prognathism)
