How do I fraud for mse covered by insurance? I feel like sleep apnea would be too hard cause I'm gonna have to take a polysomnography.

Have bad posture (neck forward, head up) and tell them that you feel fatigued all the time/congested
If you actually have sleep apnea I would go that route

How do I fraud for bimax I do have an overbite but that's all i need it insurance paid but I don't think that's enough.
