The reason for the ban: His epilepsy troll with @Orka

BUT

Although a warning for this is deserved, what isn't is a second punishment.

A punishment with a lag time...

He had already received a warning for this "spam" behaviour - fully deserved.

But then today, he got ANOTHER warning for the same thing - undeserved.

and this resulted in a ban...
