What's now known as "French" was only spoken by mentally retarded, inbred, toe-sucking illiterate peasant farmers who had no use for language beyond blowing raspberries whenever their neighbour (6 toes, cleft lip) asked them where the cows had gone (this was usually achieved through theatric gesture rather than speech).

The nobility of France spoke a language closer to Italian before the incel revolution slaughtered them all and a bunch of upjumped peasants took charge and literally executed anyone who spoke normally (or who had sex).

This is why French people still sound like they lick the floor for food to this day.

I never understood the world’s obsession with the language. I was unfortunately forced to learn it in high school.

Class obsession, as France is associated with luxury. ;)

I don't like the language though, only sounds good if a woman is saying it.

It’s for them Bourgeoisie type niggas. :owo:

In our high schools, four languages are mandatory for the first three years.

Dutch, English, German and French.

I dropped German and French as soon as I got into junior year.

The high IQ niggas in high school have to study Latin as well, in junior and senior year (I was NOT one of them high IQ niggas :feelskek:).

It's cool that you learn the languages of Europe countries nearby, which one are you from?

In Korea only the native language and English are required parts of the curriculum. :sneaky:

I’m from The Netherlands. 🇳🇱

Have you ever been here? You should definitely pay a visit if you haven’t.

The only reason I’m not going to South Korea is because they’ll look at my huge schnozz and try to get me to go under the knife probably. :feelswhy:

I’ve never been to any of those cities you mentioned, but I’ve been to places like Düsseldorf, Barcelona, and Brussels. The last city is technically speaking the Dutch-speaking part of Belgium but when I got there, they were speaking in Fr*nch. 🤢

By the way, back in 2017 I was studying international business (I’m an oldcel) and there was a large group of foreign students. And they were all Korean. I was surprised to find them here since I live in Rotterdam which isn’t really a popular destination.

Which city/cities are you planning on visiting next?

Yeah, back in my day they only taught foreign languages in secondary schools. Nowadays they are teaching foreign languages in elementary schools. Just English, but it’s crazy to me.

Aren't you German? :lul::lul:

YOUR NOBILITY spoke French, French was literally the international language from 18th century to 20th century, just like how English is right now.

I will be in one of the cities I mentioned until January, which is when my exchange program this year ends.

After that I'm not sure, but I have always wanted to do an African safari trip. :D

Enjoy, man! I’m personally not a traveler kind of guy, I prefer the familiarity of my own home.

Were you born and raised in the US or did you move there from Korea?

I was raised in South Korea, currently doing college in America. :D

There are lots of Korean international students here as it's a top school, so everything has been great. :sneaky:

Currently doing an exchange program in one of the European cities I mentioned, but will be back in America before the new year. :)

As we both know, we started off on the wrong foot due to this, but you are welcome to check my IP in January.

That’s cool! Are you from a rural area or an urban area?

It’s good that there’s at least more international students from your country. That way you don’t feel as foreign, and there’s some sense of familiarity.

Oh cool, so you’re doing an exchange program. How are you liking it so far?

Haha yes, we got off on the wrong foot. I could see I was coming across as annoying, but I was just joking. My humor is something people have to get used to.

Also, how did you find this forum? Tbh, I think you should kpopmaxx if you haven’t already. Forget what the coping incels on here say, East Asians have good SMV, especially Koreans.

I’ve been to k-pop shows before and honestly the amount of good-looking girls I’ve seen there blew me away. Most of the audience were young white women. Attractive. Not any so-called “femcels” that guys on here want you to believe.

I am from Seoul. :D

Yes there is a strong Korean community at my school, so group studying and going to concerts is just fine. :)

I am loving the program so far, beautiful city. (y)

I found out about it on TikTok, thank you Syrian Psycho.

I did have a two block style haircut back home and in my first year, but have a low fade right now to look more "NT". ;)

And yes I know K-pop is popular overseas, I have seen European women who moved here for relationships, although I strongly prefer my own women and am dating another Korean international student.

But I get treated quite well by women in the US, and many clothing store workers even ask if I model.

There’s a user here with that username, but I’m not sure if it’s real or LARP, lots of LARPers on this forum, so that’s why staff members tend to be paranoid. :feelskek:

Ahh yes, fades here are considered NT. I guess when you go back to Seoul you can do two-block haircuts again, if that’s what you want.

I didn’t know you had a gf, but nice! Does she live anywhere nearby in Korea or somewhere far away?

Mirin hard. :feelsautistic: Glad to hear you’re doing well here as well, and being treated nicely. No one would ask me such questions because I’m ugly. :hnghn::p

How many more years until you’re done with your studies BTW? I started going to university again. I’m in my first year.

Well, yeah. It’s a lot. We also have to study chemistry, biology, physics, physical education, math, geography. I didn’t pass all of my exams so I had to drop out and go to an adult high school, then I switched biology for philosophy. Managed to get an 8/10 for the national philosophy final even though I did a two-year subject in just one year.

I paid €200 for a single artist. But the metalcore show was €30-40.

Awesome! Do you plan on settling in the west or do you want to return to Seoul?

Apologies if I already asked. I’m forgetful due to having been deprived of sleep for more than ten years. A lack of sleep affects cognitive abilities, which means your memory is affected as well.

Often I forget a lot of things and then people accuse me of lying, when in reality I just forgot what I said earlier.

As for what I’m studying… I’ll tell you in PMs.
