Cup your chin with the gap in between your thumb and index finger and smile or make a facial expression that raises the lower lip whilst applying downwards resistance with your hand. Repeat for 10-20 reps and you will feel a light pump after finishing the set. This may be able to increase the perceived size and projection of the chin from both the front and sides.

It sound legit in theory, but let’s say it works and you can build muscles on your chin. Won’t it look awkward? It’s not hard like an implant, it’s squishy uneven and not necessarily going to protrude more.

It would take a few months to a year to notice an appreciable difference if the exercise worked.

The guy in the video has quite an aesthetic chin. Whether this was achieved through his exercises or not we don't know. I doubt it would look overly awkward due to the small size of the muscles and the fact that hypertrophy of them would enhance a masculine appearance by increasing width and projection. It would definitely be better than the average cuck chin.
