And my Hair is a Like medium to dark Brown i won't js dye it darker or lighter

Shampoo no more than twice a month, wash your hair every 3 days to a week, don't towel or heat dry it just let it dry on its own and don't touch it while its drying, apple cider vinegar helps to lower ph which reduces frizz so you can use it once a week
