From Average to Chad? Full Self-Audit + Experimental Methods

Hey guys,


I’ve seen too many theories, guides, and discussions on looksmaxing, but very few real-life before-and-after experiments. I’m starting a personal experiment to track my flaws, test interventions, and see what actually works. My goal is to move toward a more “chad-like” appearance through skeletal, facial, hair, and posture optimization.

  • Height: 189cm

Current Self-Assessment / Flaws


Facial / Bone Structure:


  • High-set eyebrows
  • Bulbous nose
  • Long philtrum
  • narrow lower thirt

Soft Tissue / Skin:


  • Nasolabial folds
  • Malar folds

Hair:


  • Eyebrows could be thicker
  • Eyelashes could be longer
  • Hairstyle is ass


I’m tracking everything with photos and measurements so I can compare “before and after” in the long term.




Methods I’m Trying


Facial / Bone:


  • Betamethasone for nose reshaping (might be cope who knows)
  • Bone remodeling method I found (gatekeeping for now untill i 100% confirmed i
  • Chin tucks / posture exercises to improve jawline and overall posture

Hair / Brows / Lashes:


  • Oral Minoxidil combined with aldosterone antagonist
  • Trying various eyebrow and eyelash growth strategies

Skin:


  • Proper skin care routine
  • Tretinoin application for skin texture and anti-aging

Height / Body:


  • Banded sleeping method to attempt growth (this shit is prolly cope but im just making sure
  • Debloating methods / diet optimization

Brain / Cognition / Mood (experimental):


  • Nardil
  • Lyrica
  • Vorinostat
  • Cerebrolysin
  • Bromantane
  • Ritalin

Other:


  • Different hairstyles / hair products



What I’m Still Looking For / Open Questions


  • Methods to reduce high-set eyebrows (there arent as far as i know)
  • Methods to shorten or visually reduce philtrum length
  • Methods to soften nasolabial folds
  • Methods to lift or fill malar folds
  • And suggestions of more flaws that i have in my face or bone structure. i need as many as i can so i can fix as much as possible

I am aware many of these methods are high risk, experimental, or unproven. I’m tracking results carefully and will update with photos, progress notes, and measurements. This is a self-experiment and not medical advice. My goal is to see if these interventions actually produce measurable improvements in appearance, posture, and hair density. Im probably a dumbass dont copy me.

Solid would be great to hear more about the bone remodeling once I've confirmed- as far as high set eyebrows, I do believe there's a correlation with the brow bone in terms of how projected it is.
