Birdcel isn’t actually that bad provided you can get surgery. The upper maxilla projection can be quite good.

Lefort 3 most likely. Lefort 1 with implants can imitate it. Lefort 2 is a bit weird and doesn’t make sense aesthetically to me.

Realistically you’re only ever going to get lefort 1 and implants.

Being bird or SFScel etc isn't bad as long as u get surgery. They usually have a forward grown upper and middle maxilla which are the hardest to change without implants or meme osteotomies unlike the lower maxilla and mandible. But it's over tier if u don't get surgery tho
