Yes it doesn't matter if you have an underbite cuz you can
still advance both jaw regardless

But his results is impressive cuz he have good base:
-His submental area was already flat even tho he was recessed subhuman , he got good hyoid bone position
-His gonial and ramus is sharp and long which make more skin stretched

With similar base u can get same results but if you don't have what he has then no u cannot get profil like that just with djs

most of the difference is just the light on the ramus ,in the beofre his ramus was invisible

i will have a second consultation with my surgeon to get the exact measurments. but its probably around 5-10 degree ccw.

It's not just bone mass it's also about muscle anatomy

Long vs short biceps is good example

If your face has more muscl mass then it will impact on the kind of outcome

Now he has a model tier jawline cuz he has skin bone and muscle shape for it
