Hard to tell, could be rosacea or dermatitis.View attachment 5058958View attachment 5058959
What is that redness near my nose area? just wondering if these products i just bought will fix the problems i have specifically
Lyko lol. I use it also
Looks decent, would just say to slowly introduce the retinal and azelaic acid so your skin gets used to it. I went daily with retinal instantly and it made my skin worse.
enjoy

dont have miscallenear water anyway to take the sunscreen off without?Hard to tell, could be rosacea or dermatitis.
The cerave cleanser has niacinamide in it which will help with the redness for either issues. If its rosacea the azeleic acid will help.
Be careful with the retinal as it looks irritated and it could make it worse. Dont scratch or pick at the red bits.
With what you have got in your basket Id say
Morning:
Cerave Cleanser
Azeleic Acid
Sunscreen
Night:
Gentle Cleanser (Make sure all the mornings spf is off)
Retinal
It would be worth using the Azeleic Acid and Retinal once per week for 2 weeks, then 2x per week for 2 weeks then up to every to other day. If your skin gets irritated during these weeks then stop them both and try figure out which one it is. Also using the azeleic acid and retinal on different days could help irritation if it does happen E.g remove the azeleic acid on retinal days then remove the retinal on azeleic acid days. Definitely dont use them one after another, I wouldn't use the belmish cleanser before retinal either as it has salicylic acid in it.
Skin is a pain in the ass and it takes trial and error to find the right stuff. Take it slow and if shit gets irritated or worse just go to the gentle cleanser only to let your skin rest.
Good luck!
