Holding with one leg tucked is easy but as soon as I try to straighten it, it’s over. This shit is ridiculous, muscle ups are a drop of piss in comparison, although a perfect slow muscle up with 0 kick is comparable in difficulty ig

Never tried it honestly, the shoulder position looks sketchy as fuck

Isn’t this more for planche?

Yeah my legs are pretty heavy although my upper body is strong, i can do 10 pullups with +20kg

If I get into the bent position and lower both legs from tuck, I just can’t keep my arms from bending but if I try to get into the front lever position with my body straight, now I’m able to get to parallel (into the front lever position) for half a second and then it seems like my core gives out

Calisthenics shit is hard. Trying to do a proper elbow lever. You need a strong core for it.
